It all depends on what constitute the word "better". For the Faa-samoa itself, W. Samoa is far better and more organized than A. Samoa. The presentation in faalavelaves and the way each family help each other is far more organized and what you can afford in W. Samoa. American Samoa is becoming more materialistic and way out of the real faa-samoa. However, money-wise, the per capita income is far greater in American Samoa than W. Samoa.
