It is really great that you noticed the poor customer service in the islands ... to tell you al the truths the people have gone from hospitable to ugly, frowny, look down to other people kind of attitude .... I for one actually don't like it .... they need to change their attitudes coz all people start from scratch you don't get a good job over nite ..... you always have to work for it .... so give the service that people deserve ..... no matter how hard it may be ....... smile, and don't frown coz not only it makes you ugly it shows people of your unfriendly nature ..... make people feel welcome and not chase them out ..... Please bring back the culture don't be such snoppy's ..... Samoan's are known as th Happy People ..... well then show that we are happy ...... if not find a different job ..... coz if I ever get that kind of service I will tell you off strait up.
