Flipping the script, with most of the relationships I know, the main reason why the women don't get the pet names and affection is because they don't give the loving either. It's not only the men who have to make the effort to keep the relationship alive. The real question is perhaps the lack of interest in keeping the fire burning. This woman sounds like she just wanna spread her fire around.
