If you look at the fugafuga o le sami(sea cucumber), it does have two mouths. It can eat and shit on both sides. In Samoa, old people would say "Fa'a fugafuga gutulua" it means for someone that tells you one thing and then turn around and tell the same story in a different way to somebody else, or someone who praise you then turn around and talk about you.
