Thanks for the reply....things are still continuing on when i last posted my question....he treats me like this because he says it doesnt make sense to him that he loves me and yet he is leaving me!!! so the only way he knows is to treat me like this and hopefully i will leave him...but what he doesnt know is that by him treating me like this it confirms even more in my mind that he is trying to be strong for the both of us as it is going to be harder for us to part when he leaves...I want a long distance relationship but he doesnt want this as he says he tried it before and it wont work but really if you have found your other half distance shouldnt matter right??? ive asked him for 12mths to sort my family out and stuff but he seems to think that this is too long....i mean really 12 mths isnt really that long when you know that there is someone waiting for you so therefore it shouldnt matter where you are in the world...knowing that your love is returned by another is reassurance enough
