i guess for some people, their lineage or ancestry is of vital significance. im fijian, with tongan links from my maternal grandma, samoan blood from my paternal grandma and my mum's grandfather is a white Irish dude !! but does it matter? do these lineages determine who i will become in the future? is it a determinant of my value in society?
NO...NOT REALLY !! i dont know why people are so hung up as to where their ass originated from. MY VALUE, MY SELF WORTH, MY CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE, MY REACH, MY CONTRIBUTION depends on WHO I AM AS AN INDIVIDUAL. you can have deep flourescent blue blood runnin in your veins, but if you got nothing to show for it thru academic excellence, hard work, worthy pursuits & high moral ideals, then i dont give an African elephant's ass as to where you came from.
