It was over 5 years ago and I still will never stay at Aggie Gray Hotel or attend their shows or eat from there restaurant ever again. The service was offensive to say the least. Hard to believe the reception that my family and I received when we booked a room at Aggie Gray was less than substandard level of customer service. It was like they dont like there own to stay at there hotel. No greeting, No thankyou no nothing. Its not going to affect them if I never stay there and thats ok. I will never recommend this so called Hotel to anyone I know. I looked and paid for class and got crap!!! I would of preferred to lie on a fala at the Markets then, to sleep under the Aggie Gray roof where a uniform and too much make up can turn a common village girl into a nasty HO!!!

No disrespect to the more experienced or professional workers at Aggie Gray but poor customer service can and will affect business.
