Hi Nicole,
My daughter is half Samoan half white- We named her Taylor Letupu
We put her Samoan name in the middle to make it easier in school but still our Samoan side calls her Tupu. (Named after her Great GrandMother) If you live in the islands putting the baby's Samoan name first is great. If not, maybe use a name that reflects your heritage (In our case Taylor after her great grandfathers last name) and a middle with his. Just a thought. God bless with your new baby.
