Tuesday, 9.30 pm in Samoa, as I write this. I just got confirmation that he was admitted to hospital yesterday - but nobody around knows of him having passed away. TV and radio programs are completely normal as well. Rubgy on SBC and a discussion about customs procedures at the wharf. Does not sound like the Head of State just having passed away. We will certainly know more soon.
