I just got back from Samoa..actually last night..but anyways I just want to say that first and foremost I had a blast out there granted it was humidly hot ;). Always great to see family and spend time with them..especially when there is a wedding involved!! Anyway to get to the point..
First off. I can agree on the poor service given by some establishments in Samoa, BUT not All..
You'll always come across that no matter where you go in the globe. As a fellow Samoan though it is kind of sad to see because Samoa has so! so! so much potential to be a GREAT tourist spot. Which can bring in more revenue and jobs to our home island!
A first great impressioin is a lasting one..So yeah some people can work on their scowls and presentation when addressing customers that are tourist/locals from the island and off-island. It's always great to know that your provided service with sincerity and a smile! To some it may sound corny but to a customer it's a good thing to know your taken care of.
