If customer service is that bad in Samoa and those shops, banks, etc., employees don't know how to present themselves as employees to the public like yourself as a customer, then I would say that it's better to have your complaint brought to their bosses's attentions if that doesn't help, then go public with newspaper and television and even radio news!, that sure will address these issues!!!!
